Our cozy, intimate clinic allows you to bring kids or babies to your appointments if needed. We can space visits out if life is busy, we will work with you to help you meet your goals in a timeline that works for you.

Merriman Pelvic Health and Fit Mamas Tribe have been teaming up since 2020 to provide the best possible rehab and training for the women of Saint Augustine.
We’ve helped women with knee injuries get back to squatting, women experiencing incontinence resume running, and postpartum women feel safe and confident as they return to weightlifting.
The difference in having the team is collaboration. We communicate on how to progress you, how to navigate any struggles or hiccups and how to safely challenge you so that you can move well and feel great.
